The founder's journey
From a research lab to a phone that is always answered
Primenex Solutions is founded and run by Yogendra Singh, who still personally looks after how every team here works.
His journey began with project and research work at CSIR-CEERI, Pilani — a place where things are done carefully and completely, or not at all. From there he moved into the BPO sector, into management, exploring one process after another: hiring, training, quality, delivery. That is where he learned how people actually want to be spoken to, and how quickly trust breaks when nobody is listening. Today he is at BITS Pilani, working on robotics — and still seeing the same thing he saw everywhere else: bright, hardworking people who simply do not know whom to trust.
Somewhere along the way he understood what customers really need. Not a bigger company — just a person who picks up the phone, tells the truth about what is possible, and treats them with warmth. Primenex is that person, multiplied into a team.
